I don't regularly go to church, but I'm interested in the language of faith and what it means to others. This book is written with an "edge" that I like. It is honest and open and helpful to me as a person on a faith journey. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in the journey!
This book made me think--and that is one of the highest compliments I can pay any book. The author shares his insights as to new ways to think about words we often toss around without much thought in the church world. Those insights invited me to reflect on how I might be more careful in defining and using those words in the future. The book would engage individual readers or encourage lively discussion in a small group.

But if you are a thinking, questioning person with a heart hungry for a new way of looking at faith...this is indeed your book.
